    Exchange Policy

    You must notify us regarding returns or exchanges within 3 days from the date you receive your order, otherwise the items will lose eligibility to be returned. 

    Procedure: 
    You would need to Apply for Return/Exchange by clicking on " Apply Return/Exchange " in the footer section of Home Page. 


      Exchanges can only be made for:

      1. Items that were received with a defect
      2. If you receive the wrong size/product
      3. If you have any size issues

      We advise you to take your measurements and compare it with our size chart mentioned under each product profile to make an informed decision.

      Your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless it was a mistake incurred on our end. Shipping costs are non-refundable.   

      All accessories like our bags, jewelry, sunglasses, shoes, phone cases, and etc. are considered to be a final sale and no exchange is possible unless they are delivered with a manufacturing defect.

      In case of Defected item/wrong item shipped, we will arrange the Reverse Pick Up & dispatch a fresh/correct piece as soon as possible. 
      In case of Size issue, you would need to send us the item back & we will dispatch the different size as required.
      In case of non-availability of the item under any of the above 2 cases, we issue you a credit coupon.

      The items once exchanged cannot be re-exchanged.

      The items at discounted prices or on Sale are considered as FINAL sale. No returns/exchanges will be accepted on them. 

      No cash refunds are made for any product on the store. 

      Refund Policy

      Refunds can be made only in case your order is cancelled by us.

      Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include: if we are unable to obtain authorization of payment, if the item you have ordered is unavailable or out of stock, if there is an error in the product information including price or promotion, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order needs to be cancelled, or if additional information is required to process your order. If your order is cancelled and if the payment for your order(s) was pre-paid, the amount will be refunded back to the same card used by you to place the order within 7-14 working days.

      No refunds shall be applicable on the orders made by the users under the Cash on Delivery (“COD”) option.

      Please note that we do not make cash refunds on returns. In case shipped orders are eligible for a refund, a store credit note will be issued to you redeemable within 1 month.
       

      Gifts
      If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be e-mailed to you.

      If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

      Gift cards are not eligible for a returns or refunds.

      Sale items 

      Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

       

      Process

      Once we go through the returns process with you via e-mail, you will have to pack the products in the original packaging and send it to:

      Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we will provide you with a credit note which will be redeemable on our website within 3 months, or we will give you a replacement piece, if they are available. 

      Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

      If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
